Embassy of Design’s research team worked together with KONE to co-create and further refine mobility concepts in the KONE x SPARCS urban mobility project. Co-innovation

Account-based segmentation

Embassy of Design’s research team worked together with ISS to create a strategic customer segmentation model for their services. We used an explorative and qualitative research design to build a motive-based segmentation model with which ISS can group its customer accounts according to the relevance of prospects’ business motives.

Insight-driven brand renewal

Embassy of Design’s research team worked together with AN to build psychographic segmentation model as the baseline of brand and marketing operation renewal. We used an exploratory sequential segmentation design that included both qualitative and quantitative strands for three key customer groups.
